Amy L. Riley, MSTD, is passionate about people creating lives that they love. Amy's desire is for expectant mothers to feel empowered and creative during their pregnancies and to not feel "trapped" inside any of the circumstances that may come up during such an important and emotional time.
She coaches expectant mothers - or those who wish to get pregnant - to:
find their own way of accepting and stepping into the role of mother for their unborn child
powerfully deal with any challenges that arise
ask for support and nourish themselves
effectively process thoughts and emotions
stay present to the miracle
love the experience of being pregnant
Amy is a compassionate listener who meets her clients where they’re at, knows that her clients have the resources and power to achieve all that they desire, and is inspired by witnessing people push boundaries (and themselves) to create ideal outcomes!
Amy earned a Masters of Science in Training and Development (MSTD), with an emphasis in Organization Development (OD), from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois.
