We start the "Expect the Best" coaching relationship with a conception meeting that supports you to get clear about what you want to create for your pregnancy and childbirth (and you don’t have to know it all initially - new things will emerge along the way - that’s why it’s a many month process!). We find out about how you approach things, what you value, what you’re concerned and excited about, and how you want to be coached. We co-design the coaching relationship.
Then we have telephone calls - that we call support calls - throughout your pregnancy that are designed to do just that: support you. We support you to:
